Job Summary

- Bachelor Degree or above

Responsible for credit approval under delegation both as Assistant Head and a Senior Approver in the Credit Committee.
Perform credit quality control function and ensure appropriate policies are updated to reflect the most current process and legislation.
Support revision of Lending Products Manual and provide comment from credit perspective on new products.
Liaise and respond to HKMA on credit related matters.
Lead and manage a sizable team providing necessary coaching for staff development and to ensure departmental target are met.
Ensure department is compliant with the necessary internal and external policies.
Perform any ad hoc projects as assigned by Head of Credit Approval Department and Executive Committee.

University graduate with major in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines.
Minimum 10 years of banking experience in credit review, analysis approval and supervisory experience.
Solid knowledge in various lending products, financial analysis, banking regulations and market practice.
Self motivated, independent with an analytical mindset and ability to work under pressure.
Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation skills with experience in working with senior management.
Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
