Job Description: 

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide support and guidance to users and responsible for daily system maintenance
  • Assist in HRIS projects including system enhancement, workflow re-engineering, new functions development
  • Assist in the design of HR reports and dashboards using data from multiple HR data sources
  • Maintain and update user manuals and other documentation for operations
  • Support other assigned tasks in HR Shared Service Centre

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in IT, Human Resources or Business Administration related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years relevant in HR operations and HRIS projects. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or SAP certificate is preferable
  • Strong capability in MS Office, especially for Excel, Access and PowerPoint, with exposures in MI & reporting tools
  • Good time management and able to work under pressure
  • Good command in written and spoken English & Chinese (including Mandarin)
