Deputy Manager to Manager, Recruitment and Business Partner

Job Description: 

Job Responsibilities

  • Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
  • Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
  • Provide HR policy guidance
  • Screen and select applicants for interviews, conduct employment interviews and make recommendations to line managers for further assessments
  • Liaise with line managers to identify their staffing needs and recommends effective solutions to facilitate them achieving business targets
  • Source appropriate recruitment channels to fulfill the recruitment needs, including preparing recruitment advertisements and sourcing appropriate effective recruitment agencies
  • Perform other Human Resources duties as assigned or requested

Job Requirements

  • University degree
  • Minimum 4 years experience in human resources management
  • Good knowledge of human resources practices, recruitment procedures and employment legislation
  • Able to work under pressure with good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese with knowledge of Putonghua
