Job Requirements

University graduate, preferably in Accounting, Economics, Finance or a related discipline
Strong knowledge in wholesale or Retail credit products, operation and regulatory requirement
Solid communication and handling experience with Business/IT / Risk / Operation departments
Good knowledge of wholesale or Retail credit products, policies, operations and regulatory requirement
Excellent communication and writing skills in both Chinese (including Putonghua) and English
Strong project management abilities and ability to multitask

Formulate Facility Grade policies / procedures manuals and communicate with Credit/Operation / Business department to facilitate the implementation of Facility Grade models.
Collect, monitor and analyze Facility Grade information and realized loss data regularly, and improve the group’s estimate of credit loss for different type of borrowers/products/collaterals,etc.
Help formulate business requirement on loss(recovery) data collection for default customers, and co-ordinate IT, Special Asset Management Unit to push forward the system development
