Assistant Officer to Officer, Procurement & General Administration

Job Description: 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in budget monitoring and contract administration
  • Consolidate and conduct annual survey and evaluate services quality and performance of vendors
  • Prepare invoices and relevant documentation for payment process to ensure the payment settlement on schedule 
  • Perform the duties in accordance with the bank policies and procedures
  • Manage procurement process of bank-wide non IT items,including but not limited to printed matters,seasonal commodities,office supply and equipment from sourcing, request for quotations, negotiations and ordering
  • Support other teams on Administration Help Desk enquiries
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by superiors

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with major in Business Administration or related disciplines or equivalent is preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experiences in general administrative function, preferably in banking industry
  • Ability to work independently, self-initiative and responsibility
  • Familiar with MS Word, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese,including Putonghua
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
