Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Assist in budget monitoring and contract administration
- Consolidate and conduct annual survey and evaluate services quality and performance of vendors
- Prepare invoices and relevant documentation for payment process to ensure the payment settlement on schedule
- Perform the duties in accordance with the bank policies and procedures
- Manage procurement process of bank-wide non IT items,including but not limited to printed matters,seasonal commodities,office supply and equipment from sourcing, request for quotations, negotiations and ordering
- Support other teams on Administration Help Desk enquiries
- Perform any other duties as assigned by superiors
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with major in Business Administration or related disciplines or equivalent is preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experiences in general administrative function, preferably in banking industry
- Ability to work independently, self-initiative and responsibility
- Familiar with MS Word, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese,including Putonghua
- Immediate available is highly preferred
