Job Description: 

Job Responsibilities

  • Collect, understand and analyze business requirements, assist senior analyst to prepare business requirement, coordinate with IT development team/ system vendor to deliver solutions 
  • Assist project manager to manage the overall project schedule, provide input into project timelines, estimation, action plans and risk management procedures, ensure timely completion of work packages in line with project deadline and schedule
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Test and resolution of problems reported 
  • Prepare documentation including training material, user manual and keep track of project schedules 
  • Analyze system issues reported by ops team/client and forward to IT development team/ system vendor for further investigation, follow up the issue status

Job Requirements

  • University or above
  • At least 2 years of client service, sales support or related experience within the financial services industry; Custody/Securities Services is highly preferred
  • Familiar with investment products and post-trade processing 
  • Capable of dealing with clients’ questions and problem-solving
  • Ability to work multitask effectively and meet strict deadlines 
  • Able to successfully prioritize tasks and coordinate several priorities 
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese & Mandarin is essential
  • Proficient in MS office tools and both Chinese and English word processing
