Business Management Officer - GBA Corporate Banking

Job Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis and prepare management information reports and presentation materials
• Collaborate with the Financial and Accounting Department and Management Information Department to implement business initiatives and enhance reporting accuracy
• Gather business data from different teams and perform analysis to forecast business performance
• Assist management to develop business metrics and KPI to evaluate performance of different teams and relationship managers
• Prepare and allocate annual financial budget
• Co-ordinate teams within the department to handle regulatory audit tasks and examinations
• Support the department on daily operations and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above with major in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Statistics or related disciplines
• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in performing business analysis in commercial banking department
• Sound knowledge in financial budget formulation, data analysis and business models development
• Sensitive to figures and with analytical mind
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Manager
