Compliance Manager (Credit Risk), Credit And Investment Management Department

Job Responsibilities

Promote and monitor the effective implementation of external supervision rules and the bank’s policies and procedures
Conduct gap analysis to fulfill regulatory requirements, develop and improve credit related policy and operational process
Conduct internal investigation and report to Compliance & Legal Department of any non-compliance issue
Cooperate with internal and external inspection and examination work
Act as Department’s Operation Risk Respondent, develop department KRI & KRA and keep track of reports & BCP coordinator.
 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or above with major in Finance is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of banking experience in credit or compliance department.
• Knowledgeable about credit risk related management requirements and operational procedures.
• Familiar with the requirements of credit related HKMA policies.
• Proficient in spoken and written English & Chinese(including Putonghua)
