Job Description:

Job Responsibilities

To supervise the Corporate and Commercial Control Monitoring Section in department so as to ensure the team can carry out its functions in department.

Follow up and provide management reporting on the post approval conditions
Perform checking on loan documents and limits setting in core banking system
Review and check limits setup in the Bank’s treasury systems
Supervise various IT projects on system implementation/enhancement etc.
Liaise with Head Office, external auditors, internal auditors and regulatory bodies on various projects
Provide internal training and update internal policies when required
Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by department head

Job Requirements

University graduate in related discipline
More than 10 years loans administration/credit control/auditing working experience, with at least 5 years at supervisory level
Thorough familiarity of the Bank’s policy and internal control system
Sounded knowledge on treasury and loan products
Constant alertness of possible irregularities and potential risk events
Work independently, good presentation skills and able to work under pressure
Proficient in MS Office Skills
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)

- Bachelor Degree or above

Qualification

Experience

- 8 to 10 years or above of relevant experience

- 5 to 8 yeasr of supervisory experience
