Job Description: 

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide sales services to customers including account openings, AML checking, deposit quotation, signature amendment
  • Assist our relationship managers in cross-selling customer products, if any, to potential customers, preparing KYC risk assessment and handling all related follow up actions
  • Act as coordinator for the Department to liaise with customers and other departments in daily operations
  • Handle daily customer enquiries
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Knowledge & Skills

  • Bachelor Degree Holder, in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce and Marketing disciplines.
  • Experience in banking / financial institutions with sound experience in customer services preferred
  • Good business sense, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Mature and self-driven
  • Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
  • Conversant in MS Office Applications
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
