Job Description:
Job Responsibilities
- Assist supervisor for the administration, procurement and human resources management in FinTech Department
- Manage and handle budget management, procurement and payment process, asset management, agreement and vendor management
- Organize departmental meetings and assist in report preparation
- Communicate with the coordinators of departments and branches, as well as the service providers
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
- Degree or above
- Supervisory experience in the administration, human resources management and IT procurement is preferable
- Knowledge in budget management, procurement and payment process, asset management, agreement and vendor management is preferred
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately both in a team environment and individually
- Responsible, self-motivated, good organizational skill and problem solving skill, able to handle multi -tasks under pressure with tight deadline
- Skillful on the office software, e.g. Word/Excel/PowerPoint
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
