Job Description: 

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist supervisor for the administration, procurement and human resources management in FinTech Department
  • Manage and handle budget management, procurement and payment process, asset management, agreement and vendor management
  • Organize departmental meetings and assist in report preparation
  • Communicate with the coordinators of departments and branches, as well as the service providers
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Degree or above
  • Supervisory experience in the administration, human resources management and IT procurement is preferable
  • Knowledge in budget management, procurement and payment process, asset management, agreement and vendor management is preferred
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately both in a team environment and individually
  • Responsible, self-motivated, good organizational skill and problem solving skill, able to handle multi -tasks under pressure with tight deadline
  • Skillful on the office software, e.g. Word/Excel/PowerPoint
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
