Assistant Manager to Manager, Data Governance & Management, MID

Job Responsibilities

• Lead data asset management projects, including design, drive and monitor the corresponding processes
• Drive data governance initiatives towards the bank’s governance
• Transform business initiatives into processes and programs to deliver high quality information deliverables
• Manage cross-department projects, regular data governance activity and progress report preparation
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• University graduate or above
• 3 years of experience in banking or consulting sector
• Proven project management experience in data governance, data management, data quality or data integration
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, ability to work under pressure, independent and result orientated
• Strong command of both written and spoken Chinese, including Putonghua
