Job Description: 

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in Branch Service enhancement and management
  • Manage, analyze and evaluate monthly Branch service report and service feedback
  • Cooperate with third party to ensure good branch service consistently
  • Monitor branch service and provide service enhancement training regularly
  • Encourage and assist Branch front line staff to participate in external Excellence Service Competition
  • Work with ad hoc project

Job Requirements

  • University Graduate or above
  • Minimum 1 years Bank experience
  • Out-going and can work under pressure
  • Strong analytical and communication abilities
  • Good Mandarin, Cantonese and English written and presentation skill
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as senior position
