Job Description:
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in Branch Service enhancement and management
- Manage, analyze and evaluate monthly Branch service report and service feedback
- Cooperate with third party to ensure good branch service consistently
- Monitor branch service and provide service enhancement training regularly
- Encourage and assist Branch front line staff to participate in external Excellence Service Competition
- Work with ad hoc project
Job Requirements
- University Graduate or above
- Minimum 1 years Bank experience
- Out-going and can work under pressure
- Strong analytical and communication abilities
- Good Mandarin, Cantonese and English written and presentation skill
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as senior position
