Deputy IT Manager, OA Support

Job Responsibilities

• System administration and  support on Lotus Domain, Windows A.D., TrendMicro Officescan, File Server, Printer Server, DHCP, WSUS, Citrix MDM, Phone System, VC System, VDI , Bluecoat and DLP
• Perform performance & availability monitoring, capacity management, systems management & tuning, configuration, problem diagnosis & resolution, security management & patch management
• Provide system support, including user enquiry and problem solving
• Resolve daily IT technical issues and ad-hoc reports or assignments as required on a timely manner
• Conduct regular health check and monitor of all installed systems from infrastructure perspectives
• Support the internal / external audit on compliance assessment, vulnerability scanning follow-up or patch management task
• Manage OA system administration including installation, configuration, routine monitoring and update procedures
• Other ad-hoc duties/project as assigned

Requirements

• University graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• At least 5 years relevant server administration and technical support experiences in Windows AD,  Lotus Domino, TrendMicro Officescan preferably in banking industry
• Solid experience of Windows Server platform, Active Directory, Group Policy, Lotus Notes, Virtual Machine / VDI
• Experience in MDM Solutions
• Experience in phone system and video conference administration and troubleshooting
• Hands on experience in infrastructure support
• Knowledge in basic Linux administration is an advantage
• Exposure in DLP is an advantage
• Holder of CCNA / CCNP / MCSE / CISSP / CISA is an advantage
• A good team player with a strong sense of responsibility, good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Independent, good problem solving skills and able to work under pressure
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
