Job Description:
Job Responsibilities
- Manage Department Head schedule, collect meeting materials, handle visas, etc
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for the department, including document management, training coordination, procurement arrangement, etc
- Cooperate with related departments to provide IT, office security, and confidentiality support
- Provide meeting support, including setting up the meeting, taking photos, and reporting
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years working experience in banking or financial institution
- Good PC and Chinese typing skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
- Candidate with less experience will also be considered.
