Senior Officer, Business Operation

Job Responsibilities

• Follow up with operations for merchant account opening and document verification
• Perform merchant payment settlement and refund transaction
• Prepare daily internal / external transaction reports to corporate customers
• Work closely with merchant sales team
• Participate in system enhancement project
• Provide support in the back end operation duties
• Lead a small team to complete daily operations

Requirements:

• Tertiary education or above
• Minimum 2 years working experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, mature and able to work under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua
• Proficient in MS Office such as Word and Excel
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer
